Day #1

1. Having a someone, who does silly things just to make me laugh.
2. Being able to visit stores whose decor and employees uplift my heart.
3. Being sweetly reminded that I have a "charmed life." And having kind people, remind me of my blessings.
4. Sunlight coming in through my bathroom window and illuminating my sight, and heart.
5. Sunlight sparkling on my sparkle nail polish.
6. Having the ability to notice unusual views.

Inspiring

This is one of the main things that inspires me - anything transportation really :) especially rusty, chipped and old

For the real shock - the jack and hub cap are on my fireplace mantle - I'm an unconventional decorator. But there is a Rolliflex and some various vintage books on that mantel too.

As much as I love flowers, shoes, and jewelry I tend to be more tomboyish in my home decor. For the time being anyway ;)

A Quote and some Selfies :)

I was catching up on some blogs a few minutes ago and came across this quote that stopped me in my tracks. To the point that I knew that I had to share it with someone.  So I decided to post it here and let those who need it to stumble across it.I deal so much with fear and second guessing myself that I do not stop to think about when I'm not afraid. This so true for me, maybe I need to carry one in my hand for the rest of my life - what fun that would be :)

So after I wrote this, I grabbed one of the three, YES THREE, Polaroid 600 cameras that I bought today. I put on some make up (I needed some concealer BADLY I know, SIGH - 3rd shift wrecks your body. I took quite a few selfies and even some with the Roli that lives on my fireplace ;)  It all made me feel a little better today.

Some weren't the best, but I liked them a little...that's all that matters I think ;)
